‘Asking Directions’ in English

Person 1: Excuse me, could you tell me how to get to the
nearest gas station?

Person 2 : Sure, just go straight on this road for about half
a mile, then turn left at the traffic light. You’ll see the gas station on your
right-hand side.

Person 1: Great, thanks. And do you know if there’s a
restroom there?

Person 2 : Yes, there’s a restroom inside the gas station
convenience store.

Person 1 : Thank you so much for your help. I really
appreciate it.

Person 2 : You’re welcome. Have a safe trip!
