advertisement of goods or services. They persuade the customer to buy the
product or service.


Purposes of Sales Letters:

connect new customers.

2) Arouse
interest in the customer to buy new product.

new product/service in the market.

4) To
create goodwill of the company in the market.

5) To
inform the customers about discount/offers/benefits on the product/services.
