Every
programme ends with vote of thanks. It should be brief, energetic and
impressive. A short account on the success of the programme should be given in
the beginning part of the vote of thanks. The names of the
chairperson, chief guest, guest of honour and other dignitaries should be
mentioned in the vote of thanks. A brief summary of the speech of every speaker
should be given before thanking him. The sequence of thanking the participants

Honourable dias,
respected chairperson of the programme Dr. S. M. Joshi, honourable chief guest
of the programme Prof. S. M. Patil and all the other dignitaries, I am Miss
Saloni Patil here to propose a vote of thanks. First of all, I congratulate all
the organisers for the grand and successful organisation of the Cultural
Programme of our college. On behalf of
the Cultural Committee, I thank Dr. N. K. Thakre for remaining present as a
president of the programme. His spontaneous presidential speech will always
inspire us in future too. I extend my
sincere thanks to Prof. M. K. Kale for remaining present as a chief guest
and for enlightening us through his inaugural speech. His speech resourceful with poems and shayari is always a feast to
the audience. Today, we are lucky enough to enjoy it on this occasion. I express my deep sense of gratitude to the
honourable principal of our college, Dr. S. K. Tickoo for giving us freedom
enough to organise the programme. However, I
must thank all the members of the Cultural Committee for taking painstaking
efforts to make the programme a grand success. I appriciate the performance of
all the participants. I congratulate and thank them for their successful and
mindblowing performance of various cultural activities. I am thankful to the Stage Decoration Committee, Prof. J. N. Patil
and Prof. Mrs. M. K. Gore for energetic anchoring, Mr. Om Prakash for providing us good sound
